Welcome!
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor and Certified Play Therapist. After graduating with my master's in 2015, I was a school counselor for over a decade while offering individual and family therapy in private practice.

I create a supportive environment for children, teens, young adults, and families to achieve new heights. Counseling is an adventure, and I am passionate about what I do. Therapeutic
Approach
My counseling approach is centered on people, with the therapeutic relationship as my highest priority. I believe every individual possesses the capacity for self-direction and personal growth, and I support clients in leading their own therapeutic journey. In sessions, I integrate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Strength-Based Counseling to best support each client's unique needs.
